I complained to the Indiana Attorney General‘s office about Datavant accessing my medical records without my consent and was basically told to get fucked. This is why. I spoke to Jennifer Wells, senior vp and gm of Datavant, and she said that what she is doing is not illegal or immoral. I disagree.
