As our pressure to stop the SAVE America Act in Congress is working, some states are racing to enact their own versions of the bill to disenfranchise countless voters ahead of the midterm elections. Not on our watch.

NEW: We filed a motion to join a lawsuit to protect voting rights in Louisiana. Eligible citizens risk being wrongfully prevented from exercising our freedom to vote because the state wants to implement burdensome proof-of-citizenship requirements to cast a ballot.
