SCOTUS has allowed him to exceed presidential powers in many other issues. Corrupt SCOTUS and a congress that refuses to do their job has eroded constitution and Rule of Law more than ever before.

If he isn’t stopped when he ignores the constitution it comes to the same thing.

Unfortunately, the Supreme Court does.

But he'll sure try. And when he can't hell do it anyway. Dude must go.
